Human Resources at LinkedIn
San Francisco Bay Area
Since starting at LinkedIn I have always been working on new projects and transforming professionally. Whether I'm organizing our recruiting presence at a local university or technical conference, answering questions regarding FSA, or introducing a new employee to the company my days are never the same.
At LinkedIn change and innovation are constant and my experience is a reflection of that. The work environment at LinkedIn fosters open dialog between teams while also promoting the individual. The people here at LinkedIn are a close community, who are all interested in the common goal of success.
ATS implementation and management, university recruiting, interview coordination, job description generation, marcom projects, sourcing, job posting, hr/recruiting wiki, recruitment marketing, offer letters, medical, dental, vision and FSA administration.

Now I'm focused on the HR side covering all benefits for all LinkedIn employees, on-boarding new hires and making sure it all runs smooth.
