Vera Marie Badertscher’s Summary

For 12 years I have written articles, essays, and web articles for national (eg. National Geographic Traveler, American Style, Islands), local and regional (eg. Arizona Highways), various AAA magazines (Midwest, Indiana, Southern region,and others) specialty luxury magazines (Rolls Royce Owners and Steinway & Sons), and several web sites. While I specialize in travel, I also enjoys writing about anything that makes me curious, which includes animals, people and inanimate objects.

Because of past career experience in political consulting, my direct mail and other marketing materials get attention and results. Currently working on copy writing for a web site, e-newsletter, white papers and collateral for a small business.

Recently completed a joint project biography of Quincy Tahoma, Navajo artist with writing partner Charnell Havens.
