I design and deliver leadership programmes and specialise in measures for knowledge sharing, human resources and organisational development.
I am a great fan of social media and collaborative web tools in order to build corporate culture and enhance employee engagement.
Previously I have worked on gender sensitising of the educational system and the labour market. I have been challenging assumptions of what employers and the educational system can do in order to enhance both men and women's place and development within their organisations.
