Henrique Vedana, 29, has a broad working and theoretical experience in many areas related to sustainability. He was a member of AIESEC, a youth leadership organization, where he was president for the Brazilian chapter. Before joining the Kaospilots, Henrique worked for a major bank in the Netherlands, supporting the publication of their Sustainability Report, and also for Global Reporting Initiative, organizing a major conference on sustainability and transparency. Since he joined the Kaospilots, he took part in projects involving youth, sustainability, tourism, rural and local development. Henrique has a previous degree in Computer Science.
He speaks fluently English and Spanish, besides his native language, Portuguese.

- support on agenda design and development (format of sessions and invitation of speakers)

- Benchmarking against major competitors and leading reporters; analysis and feedback on GRI G3 (draft) Guidelines and inclusion of Environmental Supplement indicators in 2005 Report;
- Co-organization (with Group HR) of ongoing speaker-series with thought leaders to re-think the future of organizations, banks and sustainability;
- Involvement in the development process of Group Sustainability Strategy, having supported realization of SD ‘Leaders’ Conference in Nov 2005.
