This project required almost daily attention to satisfy various needs from the client and from the Commonwealth,VDOT and City Planning.

This project allowed me to work with various Engineers, both civil and environment, The Department of Environmental Quality ( DEQ ) durring the Phase one and Phase two environmental studies.
