Scholarly iQ, formerly a division of Optimal iQ, was born out of a need for more efficient and effective solutions relating to the publisher and librarian communities. Real world issues created opportunities for solutions and through a process of research, experimentation and refinement over the years, Scholarly iQ has built a suite of innovative eBusiness services. These include our COUNTER R2 compliant engine supporting XML reports for SUSHI, usage statistics and web analytics for publishers and librarians, COUNTER and SUSHI consultation.
