As Information & Communication Technology Director I gained significant experience in supporting different Businesses through IT, managing both aspects of services performance and reliability as well as software improvement through internal development and/or vendors partnership.
I led several critical Projects within multinational Companies, in the Pharmaceutical Industry and Finance Services sector, where IT is at the heart of value creating process; major implementations include - among others - international SAP ERP startup and global infrastructure integration at Chiron Corporation, Commercial Information web services development at Equifax Italy, Data Centers consolidation and Disaster Recovery setup at Experian Italy.
My approach is to interface the Business in order to support its strategy, objectives and activity by choosing up-to-date applicable technology and proposing viable solutions, thanks also to financial implications understanding and Operations experience gained as Business Process Director, where I led up to 65 people.
In my new role of Consultant I'm participating in Business & IT Processes redesign and improvement, leveraging on-the-job experience as well as IT Infrastructure Library best practice knowledge (ITIL certified).
