My formal training is in Music and Germanic Literature, but I work with technology. As you can see from my expertise below I am very capable, but I enjoy instructional technology most of all. My academic background, and current studies for a MBA helps me really understand and anticipate the technological needs of academics in all fields. Most of all, I love meeting new people and finding new and exciting technologies that can help them in their work and their life.
As for goals, I would best function as a manager/director of a group of instructional technologists. My excitement for technology, coupled with my ability to manage people is perfect for getting others excited about new developments. Together, my group and I will help integrate the changing technology world with the amazing world of education.

Of course I love technology... that goes without saying. If I had to pick a favorite technology it would have to be blogging. Usually my first thought when I see something cool is "I need to put that on a blog!" Some of my less common interests are Dutch oven cooking, woodworking, making bread, and spending time with my family.
