My first start-up business VTG, was specialized in mobile phone design covers IE. personalization. Established in 1995 and quickly grew up, to 100 employees with offices in US. Australia and Finland.

Experienced in creating and executing new business plans, developing and managing sales, marketing, operations and personnel at both start-up and established companies in design, IT and telecoms industry, with international work experience in Europe and USA.
