He has completed 4 rotations in different units of the company and has taken on various roles including project manager, business analyst and financial analyst. In his last rotation Val was primarily involved on the enterprise-wide Finance Transformation project in addition to his work on organization, process, and business strategy planning. While at the Hartford Val has developed a strong understanding of the insurance industry and its products.
Before joining The Hartford, he completed a 6-month commitment at the University of Connecticut Health Center and prior to that, an internship in the main campus of the largest European software-maker, SAP, in Germany.
