Before starting her own consultancy, Val spearheaded global development of one of the world’s best known leisure and entertainment brands as VP of international marketing and brand management at Hard Rock Café; as CEO, planned the moved of Liverpool's famed Cavern Club into traditional and digital media and global markets; and as President, created a content division for successful US live entertainment business Rock 'n Roll Fantasy Camp. In the digital world, she created the brand launch strategy for Music.com.
