I love organizational psychology, and working on organizational development from this perspective.
Most of my experience includes delivering training, and more recently training trainers.
My approach has been heavily influenced by Anello & Hernandez's Moral Leadership framework.
I also have a great interest in the possibilities that ICTs (Information and Communication Technologies) have brought and follow closely their evolutions.

Organizational diagnostic: qualitative, in-depth interviews, analysis and synthesis.

The project trained over 1500 high school youth in the city of El Alto, achieving a solid impact on their lives and developing their capabilities to serve their community and social skills. 3 training teams had to be managed in more than 10 schools had to be managed for this endeavour.

The Center for Excellence in Teacher Training (carried out by Nur University) is an endeavour to train teachers from grade 1 to 3 to perform better as teachers of reading and writing skills, in Bolivia.
My participation included participating in the framework creation, workshop designing, and training delivery to teachers.
