An excellent course in chemical engineering combining chemistry and processes and their applications to the production. Apart from the industrial applications I received a sound background on the principals of management and cost evaluation.
Final Year Dissertation: “The effect of organizational environment and the top management team on the organizational performance”. A prototype survey under the auspices of the Ministry of Development, the Financial University of Athens and the National Technical University of Athens. Based on the statistical processing of interviews and questionnaires by more than 100 CEOs of leading greek companies, a model, correlating the top management team and organizational environment parameters to the performance, has been developed.
