I graduated in 2005 at the University of Ghent (Belgium) in Industrial Psychology and HR Management. After Some commercial experience in the real estate sector, I returned to my first love: Human Resources. With experiences at Adecco, Titans Consulting and Fortis under my belt, I am now active as Lead Consultant HR Competence Centre at Ulysses Consulting. In less than three months after the formal start we have hired 2 new HR consultants and placed them on longterm projects at new clients. Currently (early May 2008) we have 3 consultants working in the field on 4 seperate missions. My main focus is to further develop this new business unit at Ulysses, to attract new HR consultants and to provide field support for our active consultants.

* Played a key role in brokering the deal for a TiTANS consultant to take the lead in a major project. The TiTANS Project Manager will take charge of a 150 million Euro, 5 year project for the construction of a large, new data center in Belgium. Involved companies: IBM and one of the major Belgian banks.
* Negotiated for my own consulting project at one of our clients: Fortis
