I get the flexibility and variety I need by partnering with people in different industries and walks of life, and they get the benefits of my administrative, bookkeeping and internet marketing skills without a lot of the 'down' sides of traditional employment.

I supply my own computer, office, supplies, software, etc, so they don't incur any overhead on my account. They also don't have to worry about benefits or payroll taxes, sick/vacation/overtime. They get my specialized services when they need them and pay me for the time on task, whether it's a onetime project or an ongoing contract. It works out great.
