Provide leadership, coordination and support for all technology related requirements, procurements, security and other issues for elections in the Commonwealth. Primary applications managed by division include the statewide voter registration application with over 5 million active voters and the state campaign finance disclosure application. Successfully visualized and completed a federal grant application package and received full funding for over $1.8 Million for a project to revolutionize online voter activity in the Commonwealth that includes online ballot access for military and overseas voters. Manage multiple vendor contracts for application development and maintenance and serve as Agency Information Technology Representative (AITR) and Information Security Officer (ISO) . Served as Emergency Coordination Officer (ECO) and completely rewrote agency continuity of operations plan (COOP). In addition, served as acting manager of former Voter Services Division, former Campaign Finance Division and current Election Services Division with up to 17 direct reports.

Involved in transition of agency IT support services to VITA. Chaired committee that directed DCJS' web presence and worked to move web sites into compliance with VITA templates. Supported annual online school safety audit process for 2,000+ schools in the state. Created and maintained a content management system. Created and maintained a secure shopping cart that processed $1,000,000+ in online transactions. Created and maintained an online registration and management system that registered and tracked 25,000+ attendees for 500+ events. Other interactive site features developed included directories, calendars, a help desk system, employee leave reporting, office equipment inventory tracking, and online management of a variety of employee records. Provided monthly WebTrends reports to agency administration. Recipient of 2006 Director's Customer Service Award.
