Kerwin Hack’s Summary

I have had over 27 years in the Financial Services industry working mainly in the IT area. I became an IT director with my main focus on the delivering change and people development. I ran Service Management, Application Support, Risk, Audit, Resourcing, Reporting, Communications and other activities within IT, delivering significant change in each of those areas. In particular, I have managed relocations, integrations, offshoring, outsourcing, cost reduction, redundancy programmes and talent management programmes. My interest in helping other people has been further developed through my training as a Co-Active Coach, for which I am now certified. I have set up my own business, delivering coaching, training and interim management. Although my background is in IT and Financial Services, I am currently helping people in other sectors such as Academia, HR and the Police Service.
