I have been involved in the architecture, design and deployment of broadband networks for the past decade. Past work includes the architecture for video, data and home networking pieces of Verizon's FiOS FTTH network deployment including network policy management, VoD, IPTV and other IP services.

At present I'm focused on Content Delivery Networks and also on the regulatory and legal aspects of broadband access evolution. In addition, I'm also an adjunct faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania where I lead a graduate telecommunications seminar.
