Talmadge Zipperer’s Summary

I served a total of 6 years in the Military as a combat engineer. During my time in the service I was activated twice to include a deployment overseas. In 2005, I served as team leader of the lead vehicle as we conducted convoy operations missions in Iraq. During the final few months of our deployment I served as the control center NCOIC at Abu Ghraib prison.

After returning in 2006, I worked to finish my degree in Public Relations and Marketing at Northern Kentucky University. I then accepted a full time position at an advertising firm in which I had completed an internship prior to graduation. In 2007 I received my first opportunity to work in recruiting. After a few years of valuable experience in the traditional recruiting arena I came into contact with RecruitMilitary.

I was very fortunate to connect with RecruitMilitary. Our organization has provided me the opportunity use the knowledge I gained in the recruiting industry and apply it to my passion for helping fellow Veterans. I now find myself in a position to help Veterans get connected with opportunities that I know through my own personal experiences, that they have unquestionably earned.
