Responsible for development, implementation, support and monetization of new classifieds website for largest classified brand in Russia and CIS (www.irr.ru). Managed Russian online team of 8
people (marketing, IT, content). Worked closely with Sales and HR teams in Moscow, and with Corporate (Paris) and R&D (Warsaw).
Reporting to Corporate Online Manager and Deputy General Director Russia.
In Warsaw (2006-2007):
Online product development: identification and definition of new products, work with developers, adaptation to local needs together with Russian/Ukrainian/Byelarussian teams.
Project management: close work with IT/developers and country teams on delivering new products and functionalities. Communication between international teams, task setting, prioritization, conflicts resolution.
