Games Environment Artist
San Francisco Bay Area
I started my games art career while still in school at the Academy of Art by interning at EA in Redwood Shores back in 2001. Since then I have had the opportunity to add my name to 8 EA games of varying genres and art styles. My latest project, The Godfather 2, was both challenging and rewarding offering me experiences as a Lead Artist overseeing in house artists and several outsourced artists at EA Shanghai.
I have a traditional art background and I'm still trying to find the time outside of crunches to enjoy that part of my creativity.
I'm currently looking to continue my work experience as an environment artist while channeling my career and learning towards more lead and management experiences.
I'm happily married to an absolutely awesome girl and maintain a small menagerie of animals at home.

Who would have thought an interest in Marine Biology would lead to an art degree :) ?
Bachelor , Illustration, 2d animation, Environment Games Artist
Outside of my game art I'm a bit of a comic book illustration fan. I actually started my education in art doing illustration and 2d animation and enjoyed hours upon hours of figure drawing. I dabble in digital painting as well. I originally attended school for marine biology as I have a vast appreciation for animals and all that is nature. I also maintain a vast zoo at home.
Work shown at two Academy of Art Spring Shows.
