I am the Wealth Creation Specialist and Co-Founder at Four Legacies Mortgage. We are Iowa's first socially responsible mortgage company and we are working hard to raise the expectations of the mortgage industry.
We specialize in working with our clients in selecting the mortgage financing that is best suited to their individual goals. We work with clients both purchasing or refinancing a home.

5) Do you know what a "Fed Cut" means to your mortgage?
6) Do you know your credit score? Do you have a plan to implement and improve it?
7) Is your mortgage professional connecting you with professionals for advice? (tax, legal, etc)
