The Innerspace Foundation is a science nonprofit established to accelerate research into the most promising neuroengineering therapies for improving mental function. Our near term emphasis is learning and memory. Leading researchers, including Dr. Rodolfo Llinas (NYU), Dr. Ted Berger (USC), Dr. Philip Kennedy (Neural Signals Inc.), and Dr. Henry Markham (IBM/EPFL Blue Brain Project) have been brought together to shape prize-based competitions and a roadmap for this emerging field.
