I was in charge of www.SFR.fr and www.SFREntreprises.fr portals improvements and Customer Relationship Management (answering the needs, making propositions, writing specifications and offering support).

I'm actually working on a well known french car constructor's e-CRM & B2C project :
- international platform for 2 brands, 16 countries, 32 websites > refactoring !
- technically : j2ee, webservices, soa, xml, xsl...
