Tudor has over 30 years of professional wisdom and experience earned in corporate and communication management. In recent years, he has earned a valued market niche with innovative best practices research, strategy development and employee surveys.
His management career began with eight years in corporate public affairs management. Since then he has led the Canadian research practices for two international consulting firms, Towers Perrin and The Alexander Consulting Group (now AON). He established his own consultancy 15 years ago.
His son, Ryan, joined the consultancy in 1998 and in 2008 assumed the leadership role as president. In this role he puts his Master's degree in Leadership Studies to excellent use.
Tudor maintains his role as senior planner, analyst and strategist primarily in organizational communication.
