My passion is the convergence of social networking, content, and mobile technologies. A MBA/JD with cross-functional experience and talent who believes that my work is enhanced by understanding the interests of marketing, finance, engineering, and senior management. I complement my cross-functional awareness with the ability to help functional teams work well together to deliver high impact project results for companies.
I bring a well rounded skill set: equally comfortable creating complex Excel financial models as I am executing marketing strategies; strong analytical and communication skills; and a drive to get things done.
I am best when I am in a challenging environment that supports my desire to develop professionally and learn new things. To me, there is nothing better than sharing ideas with colleagues with the goal of finding the best possible solution. No room for ego, just a strong desire to make an impact.

February 2002 — April 2005 (3 years 3 months)
After earning my JD and being called to the Bar, I founded a management consulting practice that advised technology companies on commercializing intellectual property. Initially, I advised on intellectual property protection and negotiated license agreements, but my role evolved to leading projects such as the creation of marketing plans and sales strategies, restructuring of a company to absorb its rapid growth, implementing a software product development evaluation process and road map, and managing CRM systems.
It was these experiences that inspired me to pursue my MBA.
