Tsjok-Wing Man’s Summary
I started at Aduna in 1998, first for my MSc research and later as Knowledge Engineer. My responsibilities included working on a Java prototype for the visualization of web site organisation.
After a year's travelling in 2000-2001, I started as a general IT consultant at Utopics and Ordina. Most of my clients in this period have been in the public sector.
As of January 2009, I'm employed by Stichting ICTU, a Dutch foundation with a mission to help the public sector create and use generic public IT-services in order to cut down the total complexity and cost of the public sector.
Main interests still lie in the Artificial Intelligence field and knowledge representation and engineering in particular. Other interests include internet-related technology, open source and security.

Functional designer for electronic publishing of official gazettes (officiele elektronische bekendmakingen) for officially publishing new laws and regulations. This publishing is a necessary condition for new laws to come into effect.
