Initially created a highly rated program called “The Madd Flava Nighttime Show” on WTLC Indianapolis, a hip hop and r&b music station. Created elements on the show that emphasized black history, education and an outlet for young people. Transformed that show into a very successful afternoon drive program, and went on a 29 day hunger strike to protest the homicide rate in Indianapolis.
