(Self-Employed; Myself Only; Marketing and Advertising industry)

    June 2000Present (9 years 6 months)

I walk alone amongst the titans. I tread nimbly, but with wide open eyes, insight of clarity and a talent for "getting it.". My stick ain't that big, but it is powerful and does have an "undo" button.

I'll hold hands with you as a guide and ambassador. We'll roll up our sleeves and do some great work. We'll cry and laugh. We'll smile in the end. It'll be righteous.

  • Creative Director

  • Managing Partner

    KidsDoctor.com, LLC

    (Online Media industry)

    19962004 (8 years )

Co-founded and managed a leading online resource for “KidsDoctor - What every parent needs to know,” leveraging proprietary content authored by a veteran pediatric physician, as an easily navigated, critically acclaimed and engaging user experience.

  • Freelance

    Spektra Graphics

    (Marketing and Advertising industry)

  • Creative Director/Partner

    StrategyBase

(Privately Held; 1-10 employees; Marketing and Advertising industry)

    19962001 (5 years )

I was brought on with StrategyBase to build their "New Media" practice (yes, that is what we called it back then - after all, it was new). Going in, StrategyBase had a solid client-base consisting of mostly promotion, sweepstakes and similar projects. The objective was to build marketing initiatives that involves integrating the internet and other emerging technologies to facilitate more effectiveness and better measurability.

This eventually became the leading service and drove the majority of business. The dot.com era came to a screeching halt and we ended up shutting down the shop and licking our wounds for a bit.
