I'm the senior user experience designer on Microsoft's Windows Live Hotmail team in Mountain View, California.
I work with some of the brightest and most talented designers, researchers, program managers and engineers in the tech business.
I get to work on the future of interpersonal communications for more than half-a-billion users. Its a fantastic gig that requires copious amounts of coffee, a good sense of humor, lots of patience and a generous scoop of humility.

Lead the end-to-end interaction, visual and cross-functional design efforts for Adobe’s hobbyist-focused “Elements” products. Lead design reviews, brainstorming, design process and direct the efforts of the design team working on the product.

Lead the feature design process with a globalized team of designers, researchers, engineers and product managers. Participate in research efforts defining the user.
