• I was selected by a team of supervisors as the Employee Of The Month for the month of December 2008 and again in October 2009. This was as a result of exceeding expectations as a service center representative, assisting in several projects including the redesign of the Quality Assurance presentations, and a genuine commitment to helping shareholders and coworkers.
• I was part of the team that successfully executed a call workshop presentation for the QA team, providing assistance in handling call structure, summarizing, paraphrasing and technical jargon. I was one of the facilitators during the presentation, offering the material and directing the discussion. Without the title, I often acted in the role of a Project Manager for our team; drafting project options, performing representative scheduling, writing scripts, and organizing calls to be used. These presentations were considered successful by the QA team.
• For August 2009 and again in October 2009, I was the call score leader with the highest call score for the month out of 30 service center associates.
