Todd Cohen, speaker and author of “Everyone’s in Sales” is the nation's leading voice on building Sales Culture. Todd is a dynamic and motivational keynote speaker and trainer whose message is relevant to every organization that wants to increase revenue, strengthen relationships and improve client satisfaction. Using humor and real-life examples, Todd demonstrates how everyone can and does contribute to the growth and profitability of the business. That's a sales culture.

Todd delivers approximately 100 programs per year to sales and non-sales persons around the world. Audiences range in size from small groups to upwards of 5,000 people. His clients are diverse. They include professional services firms, nonprofit organizations, closely-held businesses, national associations and global publicly-held corporations. Unlike traditional “sales coaches,” who focus only on sales teams, Todd teaches the non-sales professional how everything he or she does impacts the client’s and their colleague’s decision-making process.

Todd is co-chair of the National Speakers Association (NSA) Sales Professional Education Group and the immediate past president of NSA’s Philadelphia Chapter. He serves on the board of the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executives Group (GPSEG) and is chair of GPSEG’s Sales and Marketing Group. Todd is also a member of the American Society of Training and Development. He served on the board of Pennsylvania Society of People and Strategy from 2011-2013. Todd is a regular contributor to the Philadelphia Business Journal and has written for numerous trade and association magazines. Todd has published several white papers and a monthly newsletter titled, Sales Culture Newsletter. He also served as the Sales Executive in Residence at Temple University Fox School of Business.

Todd’s second book, “Everyone’s in Sales; Now Stop Apologizing,” will be available in late 2014.
