I worked with our support managers and the whole company to reduce our support times (email response average from 2 hours to 10 minutes) and improve our overall support quality. I rewrote the employee handbook, formalized the employee review process and created specialized departments to improve efficiency and consistency.

I was responsible for product feature requests, Marketing Requirements Documentation and working with a team of engineers to translate customer feedback into product innovations.
