I am passionate about business on the Internet!
I have been doing business on the Internet for 10 years! I have been programming web sites and databases for 12 years - since the inception of Microsoft ASP technology.
In 1997, I started my first Internet business. It was called Carryout.com.
Carryout.com was an online food ordering service. You could order food from a local restaurant right to your door. In 1997, that was quite revolutionary! Although we had moderate success, it was not meant to be. Crash and burn in the year 2000.
So now, a decade later - I'm still learning what it takes to be successful in online business. The blog address below is how I record those lessons. Since I started the blog, I've learned the value of keeping a written record of my Internet business experiences. One lesson builds on the next and pretty soon some semblance of wisdom emerges. As long as I keep learning and growing, I'll keep writing about it.

After a few on-and-off years of college, I finally decided it just wasn't for me. There was just too much money out there in the world! I am not ashamed to admit that I did not get a degree. But, being in the "real world" for a while has made me realize it's value.
Stay in school kids! Not for the lessons learned, or even for that piece of paper, but more for the connections made, and the emotional growing up. If I could go back and do it over, I would stay in school.
With that being said, my real degree has come from hard-nosed lessons learned in business. I have been fortunate beyond words to work with the finest (and best educated!) people anywhere. That's where the real education comes from - working hard and achieving the impossible in the real world.
