    -Liability: researched all new organizational, government and Camp Associations policies; ensured compliance with all new policies in all Synod camping programmes; supervised writing of Policies and Procedures for all staff manuals for all camps; ensured proper insurance for all staff and programme needs, tendered out insurance every 3 years
    -Marketing: designed logo and letterhead to represent the camping organization of the Synod; researched and designed a marketing plan that was constrained by a very low budget; prepared and supervised staff to assist with promotion of all camping programmes; created and maintained a central website for all camping programmes in the Synod; looked at current and future trends in camping to keep programme current and dynamic; created and produced annual brochures for all camping programmes
    -Budgeting: designed a annual capital budget to reflect the organization's goals of affordable and sustainable products while maintaining a long-term capital plan for keeping up the value of existing buildings and resources;ensuring all spending falls within budgeted allowances; ensuring necessary changes/cutbacks occur in case of shortfalls in revenues; reviewing, organizing and verifying all bills to be sent to the bookkeeper for Glen Mhor and Iona programmes; maintaining petty cash account and all receipts for bookkeeper for Glen Mhor and Iona programmes
    -Transition Management: managed a year-long amalgamation project.  Brought together 2 children's camp (each more than 40 years old) and planned and coordinated a complete relocation of one camp to the other property
