• Designed and delivered a multi-tier system that enabled VTech to begin releasing e-mail enabled consumer appliance systems, which utilized Java, Perl, C++, Solaris, Windows NT Server, WebLogic, SQLServer, and Qmail. Created workflow process integration with Telution’s Customer Care Suite, help desk, e-mail servers, and RADIUS user authentication.
