Graduate assistant in the College of Business Department of Management. Primarily supported Dr. Latona, Professor of Management, and administered the Small Business Institute program where student groups provided consulting advice and recommendations to local small businesses. Also took the lead in preparing the manuscript for one of Dr. Latona's operations management books for print. My favorite case study in the book was entitled "The golden nuggets on the factory floor" which hit upon the importance of input and feedback from all levels especially front line staff. Conducted my first set of interviews and hired Mr. Brian Bowen as an assistant.
