I have participated in several different types of Java projects including web applications, desktop applications, and java applications running on the Windows Mobile 5.0 platform. I enjoy working with a good team where all team members work as peers and learn from each other while accomplishing the task at hand.

I have developed several Eclipse Plug in Extension Points in order to provide reusable functionality that is required by the TotalView application. I feel that the principles that I have learned while creating new Extensions Points will help me design better software going forward.

I taught high school math for two years, and found the need to do something in which I could learn something new every year. I enjoyed teaching. The kids were the best part of the job. I also enjoyed helping other people accomplish something they had previously thought they were unable to accomplish.
