Visible World is a unique company that allows it's customer to customize a nationally televised commercial up to the second that it airs. This allows them to update stats and the number of users currently using a specific platform to inform anyone watching.
As the sales and marketing intern I worked closely with the marketing department on sales calls and was in charge of direct marketing. As it is a premium service we worked directly with major house hold names like Sony, Walmart and IBM.

With the advent of social media sending quakes through the publishing world, Hearst realized that they need to be ahead of the game. It was my responsibility to set up focus groups to help with product development and testing of the new E-Ink products for future alternatives to newspapers. The goal of these were to get as much information about the thought process of Gen-Y as to the type, form and platform for which they will read their news in the future.
(Self-Employed; Music industry)

Burnlounge was a music selling community that relied on others to sell music to make a commission. As I have a passion for music, this internship suited me well as I loved to listen to new up and coming artists while helping to promote them and increase their sales.
I specifically worked with artists and their license agreements to promote and sell their songs on our servers. This gave me an in depth view of the music industry world and allowed me to interact directly with the bands at the same time.

Angelsoft is an online collaboration software to help Angels and VC's alike to manage and syndicate their investments. Working directly with David Rose - the president of the New York Angels- I got my first taste of the investment and entrepreneurial world.
To expand their market size, I researched and developed a database of over 6000 venture capitalists, schools of higher education and government venture organizations as potential customers that could use their software as well. More and more people are looking to make investments outside of the accredited VC world and Angelsoft is allowing them to do so for free.
