Facilitate administrative and building services, providing consultation and recommendations regarding purchases, space planning, office layout and safety requirements. Serve as the main point of contact on all build-out projects, meetings with engineers, contractors, electricians etc. Responsible for insuring construction projects proceed on -schedule, delays and issues are handled in an efficient and effective manner, timelines are maintained and that facility and build-out projects operate within budget.

Preparation of budgets for relocation projects. Interface directly with clients for each assigned project to identify furniture inventories and layouts and staff locations. Selection and management of specified vendors, including the support of the preparation of RFP’s. Completion of all vendor matrices. Develop meeting minutes for presentation to the Sr. Relocation Services Project Manager’s approval. Work on-site for all aspects of relocations. Reconciliation of all invoices with bids. Conduct all client relocation-training demonstrations (e.g. packing, etc.) Coordinate all insurance certificates of indemnification. Develop and implement building protection procedures and pre-move/post-move punch lists with landlords.
