I'm a PhD student in Management at School of Business and Management at Queen Mary College (University of London).

My work includes both theoretical modelling and empirical analysis of networks as diverse as online communication networks, scientific collaboration networks and intra- and inter-organisational networks. A particular interest is the impact of network structure and dynamics on knowledge transfer and sharing, and ultimately on individual and organisational performance.
