    Integral member of a database architecture team supporting full lifecycle development, deployment and sustainment for multiple products of an enterprise wide mission critical system for a DoD customer.

    Specific deliverables included production support/operations and releases to improve database performance and availability, including:
    - initiating and designing a proactive process for quantifying metrics about database growth, performance, stability and overall load profile.
    - application performance upgrades that increased database performance by 50%.
    - 3 Oracle patch/release upgrades per year to address DoD requirements, information assurance vulnerabilities and increase application stability.
    - production support for data architecture elements, including two 3-node RAC clusters connected with an Oracle Data Guard physical standby configuration.
    - coordination and arrangement of application/database components for an average of 10 production deployments per year.
