Advised a China-based social enterprise on for-profit/nonprofit governance structures, partnerships with US-based organizations, and donor relationship management. Prepared a report for investors and senior management, recommending the separation of nonprofit and for-profit activities. Currently implementing a revenue generating pilot project that teaches and outsources programming work to students in western China.

Worked with a six member team to prototype a web-based product to help foundations understand the context of their grantmaking, analyzing and researching various database designs and drafting different front-end visualizations. Implemented a Wordpress-based redesign of the firm's website.
