Tony DiSanza is founder and Managing Partner of Innovativ Consulting Partners, LLC. Innovativ was formed to provide solutions to clients in the Education & Government industries. This will be his second startup this decade.
In addition, he still serves as Partner for Blackwell Consulting Services of Ohio.
He has consulted with clients in a wide range of industries, including education, state & federal government, financial services and utilities. His areas of expertise include Management Consulting, Administrative Systems/ERP, networking architectures, application development, as well as the management issues surrounding the integration of information systems within changing organizations.
Mr. DiSanza has more than 20 years of experience in the information systems industry in both consulting and business management positions. Prior to joining Blackwell, Tony’s gained 15+ years of experience working at Accenture and IBM. This background has given him a broad range of experiences in structure methodologies, the management of technical personnel and the Information Technology issues confronting executives. He has been highly successful at identifying client problems and developing pragmatic, consensus-driven solution plans.

Mr. DiSanza holds an MBA from Xavier University, Cincinnati Ohio and a BSBA from The Ohio State University

He is the Board President for the Salesian Boys & Girls Club of Columbus (www.sbgcc.org);
He is also involved in the Groundwork Group (www.groundworkgroup.org) – a non-profit organization that delivers technology and services to non-profit organizations in the greater Columbus area;

He is involved with his alma maters – serving as a mentor to several students at Xavier University and The Ohio State University as well as serving on the Board of the Fisher College of Business Alumni Association
