Tonya Ramsey’s Summary
Coaching is a way to allow yourself a chance to find what is holding you back from the life that you want and from being the person that you want to be. As a coach I focus first on the foundation of self, your self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-image. Each of these foundation blocks, shade your perceptions, and make your reality what it is.
Imagine looking through smudged goggles, is the world really how you see it, or does the smudges obscure what is really there. Those smudges may be unhealthy thought patterns, low self-esteem, a lack of self-confidence, poor self-image, or a number of other obstacles.
By allowing yourself to take the journey of self discovery, you can find out what is standing in your way and how you can remove it, in order to move forward. My job as your coach is to be your guide on your journey. No matter what your destination is, I can help you by wiping clean those smudges, bringing in a new perspective into focus.
