Toni was previously President of BizOrigin, a business formation and strategy consulting company. Toni is active with the Tech Coast Angels and on the board of advisers of a venture fund.

A serial entrepreneur, Toni has started 3 companies. She founded WN Distribution, a distributor of specialized test hardware and software solutions to the mid market R&D and manufacturing industry. WN Distribution was sold in 2004. Toni remains active on the board of the company.

She also co-founded and headed the operations for ZennComm Communications, a satellite company based in Mountain View, California, which was formed in a collaboration with Boeing and Hughes Electronics. She was also part of a venture fund in Northern California, where she invested in and advised 5 start up companies.

Prior to that, Toni was with Schlumberger Oilfield Services, for 9 years. There she managed cross functional product development. Toni has also consulted extensively on technology and business strategy matters, and has managed several web properties.

Toni has a Ph.D. in Physics, an MBA in Finance and owns 3 patents in Oilfield Technology.
