As an Executive and Business Coach I'm specialized in coaching on behavior. My coachees are executives and senior managers from all over the world.

The ambitious managers I coach, recognize the sharp edges of their behavior, become more self aware and increase their personal effectiveness.

I have served on the WABC 2005-06 International Certification Program Expert Panel and am currently a member of the WABC Accredited Award Panel. In 2009 I was appointed WABC’s first International Representative.

From 2006 until 2008 I've served as an Executive, Business and Life coach trainer with the International Coach Academy (Australia), an ICF accredited academy, where I trained students to become Certified Professional Coaches.
