As a serial entrepreneur, I've successfully managed small companies through all phases of the life cycle from start up to shut down.
As a corporate professional, I've worked with executives to provide leadership support in the areas of internal communications, strategy development, and both management and new-hire training. I have internalized the continuous improvment process and know how to evaluate and improve initatives and processes. I've managed startup workgroups and I have successfully managed workgroups remotely.
All forms of printed, spoken, and online communications; continuous improvement initiatives; development and implementation of strategic plans; process improvement; development of frontline managers; management of fast-growing startup groups.
