Tom Shelley’s Summary

In early 2004 I got hooked on the web, drawn in via the excitement of blogs, I've been addicted ever since. Sucking up as much as I can on digital marketing, blogs, social media, online communities, semantic data, newspaper.com innovation and anything else that takes advantage of the web.

Most of 2007 was spent working on the amazingly fun Project Red Stripe, The Economist Group's internet innovation unit. The amazingly broad brief we were given gave me a chance to develop and investigate all my interests. Since that project finished, I joined the Economist's online sales team on the agency side and look forward to learning more about how brands want to use the web.

In the future, I want to create amazing websites and fun businesses.
