I began as an on-air panelist with the local public affairs program, and was quickly appointed Financial Director, securing an operating budget of nearly $30,000 for the fiscal year. Promoted to Vice President & Program Director after first year, spearheading a complete overhaul of the station's physical plant, managing the training program for new disc-jockeys and managing the station's staff of over 100 volunteers. As President & General Manager I lead the executive staff along with the alumni relations, development and community relations programs.
